  • How much does shipping cost?

    UK Tracked Shipping
    - Spend £35 or more? you'll get free 48h to 72h tracked UK shipping. Need your order quicker? We offer 24h to 48h Express UK shipping at a flat rate of £3.
    - Spend less than £35? We offer 48h to 72h tracked UK shipping at a flat rate of £5. Need your order quicker? We offer 24h to 48h Express UK shipping at a flat rate of £7.

    EU Shipping
    We offer standard EU shipping at a flat rate of £15 or tracked EU shipping at a flat rate of £18
    - Your order should arrive within 3-7 working days

    International Shipping
    We offer standard International shipping at a flat rate of £20 or tracked International shipping at a flat rate of £22.
    - Your order should arrive within 5-10 working days

    * All products are shipped from the UK
    ** Make sure to allow additional time for processing and COVID-19 delays when placing your order.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Yes! But only if we haven’t dispatched your order already. Email us at orders@jidakictchen.com with your details including your order number and the correct shipping address. Make sure you enter 'Urgent change wrong address’ in the subject line so we know to sort things quickly.

  • Where do Jida's products ship from?

    All our products ship from within the UK.

  • What if my products arrived damaged?

    We hope this never happens but if it does, email us at orders@jidakitchen.com with a photo of the damaged item and we'll get replacement products shipped to you right away—on us!

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Yes. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
